We optimized their AI transformation discovery process, replacing endless meetings with specialized co-pilots for discovery task forces. These agents extracted the operational 'essence' to build a Data Governance Framework and a Custom RAG system (96.7% accuracy) that proves its answers by visualising citations in original PDFs.
